Connecting the Dots to a Career
A Multi-Faceted Program For Employment
The REV Up Employment Program combines direct instruction with hands-on training using First Place, a nationally recognized curriculum. Our focus is on growing lifelong, transferable skills through personal development, career planning, job coaching, and ongoing workplace support.
REV Up is an opportunity for teens and adults with autism and IDDs to pick up pivotal skills, apply what they learn in real training at real businesses, and find a job they’ll love. At the same time, we’re training employers to recognize the unique strengths that REVELers can bring to their organizations.
The REVEL Business Consultation and Recruitment Program builds long-lasting relationships with Denver businesses for employment and hiring opportunities. Our consultant panel works with partners to streamline hiring and training, ensuring long-term success for employees who have autism and IDDs.
We’re working to open a public-facing storefront in RiNo powered by Denver’s ASD and IDD community! This bridge to the next step will give REVELers a chance to gain customer service experience, practice transferable job skills, and bolster their resumes — right in our building.
