Within 48 hours you will receive an intake packet.
Packet includes:
Intake information sheet
Release of Information
Request for assessments
After receiving the packet, you will be placed on our wait list to schedule an orientation and complete the intake process.

in-person intake
IN-PERSON TOUR AND INTAKE
This meeting includes:
- Interview with REVELer and parent/guardian
- One hour observation with the other REVELers (if present)
- Informal assessments

what to expect
What to Expect
After the initial intake has been completed, a proposal will be created detailing services, cost (if appropriate) & hours, and additional assessments will occur.
Once the proposal is approved, the team will begin reviewing schedules and provide a timeline for starting services.
