Outdoor Adventure Camps are for people ages 14 or older with autism and intellectual/ developmental disabilities. To ensure a great experience for each REVELer, we require the following skills to participate:

*Our Outdoor Camps are not suited for clients who need specific behavior interventions.

• Able to stay with a group for 8 hrs in a 1:5 teacher-to-student ratio
• Can participate in the overnight portion with minimal support
• Comfortable eating on the go in an outdoor setting
• Takes direction from different people without issue
• Adheres to the safety protocols for each activity
• Interested in learning about the outdoors and related skills
• Has previous experience with outdoor recreational activities

Outdoor Adventure Camps take place over multiple days, including overnight stays away from home. It’s a unique opportunity to spend time with new friends, build connections, and push your limits together.

• • SUMMER = Hiking, paddle boarding, archery, etc.
    
  • WINTER = Downhill skiing, tubing, snowshoeing, etc.

• Lots of learning and socializing in the great outdoors

Our summer and winter camps offer access to some of Colorado’s most beautiful settings. Overnights at YMCA Snow Mountain Ranch in picturesque Granby make the Rockies your backdrop to days of adventure.
