Autism and IDD can make the many daily tasks of being an adult feel like they’re too big to take on. In Teens, we tackle the to-dos together, from meal planning and budgeting to grocery shopping and getting organized for the week.

A healthy body makes for a happy mind. By teaching crucial health and wellness skills, we give REVELers tools to thrive. We work up a sweat exercising, whip up healthy snacks, and learn strategies for keeping a calm mind in busy settings.

For neurodiverse people, words are often barriers. Create is a time when we express ourselves through art! It’s an opportunity to communicate feelings, emotions, and ideas in ways that feel more comfortable and less restrictive.
