A Guide for Families Interested in REVEL Services
First Things First: REVEL & Medicaid Waivers
REVEL does not handle Medicaid waiver enrollment or eligibility determinations directly. To begin accessing services at REVEL through Medicaid waiver funding, you must first start the eligibility process with the appropriate Case Management Agency (CMA) based on your county of residence.
This process can take anywhere from 3 months to a year, depending on circumstances. Once you are approved and a Case Manager is assigned, REVEL can then work with you and your Case Manager to request program funding.
Waivers REVEL Accepts
- REVEL provides services under the following Medicaid waivers:
- SLS (Supported Living Services) Waiver – for adults (18+)
- DD (Developmental Disabilities) Waiver – for adults (18+)
- CES (Children’s Extensive Support) Waiver – for children under 18
Once you have been approved for one of these waivers and connected with a Case Manager, we can explore available programs and submit funding requests for participation.
